One credit is consumed each time the AI processes a generation step. A standard 30–60 second video typically uses around 25 credits. Very short videos may use fewer. Re-generating a single scene uses credits proportional to that scene's length.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you get access to the new credit total right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your current benefits until then.

No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused credits expire. This keeps the system simple and ensures everyone gets fresh credits each month.

The Free plan is your trial — you get 50 one-time credits with no credit card required. This gives you 1–2 full videos to see the quality for yourself. No card needed.

All payments are non-refundable. Exceptions are granted solely at our discretion. If you have a concern, email legal@vididash.com and we'll do our best to help.

Your videos and projects are safe. Cancelling a paid plan moves you back to the Free tier at the end of your billing period — you keep access to view and download previously generated videos. You won't lose any content you've already created.
