Vididash, Inc. ("Vididash," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Vididash platform, which lets you create motion graphics and videos from text prompts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
By using Vididash you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the service, and information from third-party sign-in providers.
Name, email address, and profile picture — provided when you sign in via Google or create an account directly.
Prompts you write, videos you generate, project titles, and any edits or controls values you apply.
Pages visited, features used, credits consumed, generation timestamps, and general interaction patterns.
Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers on our servers.
IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and device identifiers for security and debugging.
Any messages you send us via email or support channels, including feedback and bug reports.

Google API scopes we request: We only request email and profile — the minimum needed to create and identify your account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google service.
When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use this information solely to create and operate your Vididash account.
We do not share Google user data with any third party except as described in Section 4 (Third-party services), and only to the extent necessary to operate the service (e.g., storing your email in our database to send you transactional notifications).
Google user data is never used for advertising purposes and is never sold.
You can revoke Vididash's access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will prevent you from signing in via Google but will not delete your Vididash account or content. To delete your account and data, see Section 6.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice — such as a banner on the app or an email to registered users — at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
