These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vididash platform, website, and services (collectively, "the Service") provided by Vididash, Inc. ("Vididash," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Vididash is an AI-powered motion graphics platform that generates professional video content from text prompts. The Service includes the Vididash web application, video generation pipeline, project storage, editing controls, export functionality, and related features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You may not create more than one free account per person. Bulk account creation, automated account creation, or account sharing is not permitted.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate videos. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation:

Credits reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period. Credits may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash.
We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for features as the Service evolves. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
Commercial use: Commercial use of generated videos (including in paid advertisements, client deliverables, and monetized content) is permitted on Starter, Creator, and Pro plans. Free plan output includes a Vididash watermark and may not be used commercially without upgrading.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Your content: You retain all ownership rights in the prompts you write and the videos you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Vididash a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and operate the Service.
Vididash IP: The Service, including its software, design, algorithms, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Vididash, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand names, or proprietary technology.
AI-generated content: You are responsible for ensuring that the content you generate complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights (including music, visual assets, or likeness rights). Vididash is not liable for IP infringement in content you create.
Stock assets: Some videos may incorporate licensed stock assets (images, audio). These assets are licensed for use within the platform. Rights to any stock assets are governed by their respective licenses, and you may not extract them separately from generated videos for use outside the platform.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for the selected plan.
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. Cancelling an annual plan stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the unused period, unless required by applicable law.
Monthly plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy: All payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law. Any exceptions are granted solely at our discretion. To submit a request, email legal@vididash.com.
We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing legal@vididash.com. Upon deletion, your projects and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ALL GENERATED CONTENT BEFORE USE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDIDASH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO VIDIDASH IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
